Vintage Capt. America Figure ??????

Anyone know who made a "Flying" Captain America type figure back in (I think) the '60s?
He ("really) flew" because of this helicopter/gyro type back-pack thingy
(that I think was attached to the figure)

There might have been other "flying" Marvel guys in the line........think I remember an Iron Man.......

Anyone?
